3.1. VISIT OUR WEBSITE

The legal basis for processing the IP address is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed below. At this point, we would like to point out that we cannot draw any conclusions about your identity from the data collected and that we also do not draw any conclusions.

We use the IP address of your end device and the other data listed above for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection,

  • Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,

  • Evaluation of system security and stability as well

  • other administrative purposes.

The data is saved for a period of 90 and then automatically deleted. We also use cookies, tracking tools, targeting procedures and social media plug-ins for our website. 3.2. CONCLUSION, IMPLEMENTATION OR TERMINATION OF A CONTRACT

3.2.1. Data processing when the contract is concluded

Trianon Real Estate GmbH's object of activity is the purchase, sale and management of real estate - in particular the activity of a housing company. In this context, we process the data necessary for the conclusion, execution or termination of a contract. Which includes:

The legal basis for this is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR. Insofar as we do not use your contact details for advertising purposes (see 3.3. Below), we store the data collected for the execution of the contract until the expiry of the legal or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After this period has expired, we retain the information of the contractual relationship required by commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law. For this period (usually ten years from the conclusion of the contract), the data will be processed again only in the event of a review by the financial administration.

3.2.2. Identity, creditworthiness and transmission to credit agencies

If necessary, we will check your identity using information from service providers. The legal basis for this is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) and letter f) GDPR. The authorization for this results from the protection of your identity and the avoidance of fraud attempts at our expense. The circumstance and the result of our inquiry will be saved to your customer account or guest account for the duration of the contractual relationship.

In the event of a delay in payment, if the other legal requirements are met, we will transmit the necessary data to a company commissioned to assert the claim. The legal bases for this are both Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. The assertion of a contractual claim is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the second provision. If the other legal requirements are met, we will also send information about the delay in payment or a possible bad debt loss to credit agencies that cooperate with us. The legal basis for this is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. The legitimate interest required here arises from our, as well as the interest of third parties in reducing contract risks for future contracts.

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6Abs. 1S. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent. You have the option at any time to object to the use of your data transmitted for the purpose of contacting us. In the event of an objection, your data will be deleted immediately. In this case, we may not be able to process your request conclusively.

As far as data processing for the purpose of a specific contract-related request - including that for initiating a contract - is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted automatically after the request you have made has been dealt with, or if the purpose of the storage has ceased to exist.

3.3. DATA PROCESSING FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES

3.3.1. Advertising purposes of Trianon Real Estate GmbH and third parties

If you have concluded a contract with us, we will manage you as an existing customer. In this case, we process your postal contact data outside of the existence of specific consent in order to provide you with information about new products and services. 3.3.3. Right to object

You can object to the data processing for the aforementioned purposes at any time free of charge, separately for the respective communication channel and with effect for the future. For this, an email or a letter to the contact details mentioned under 1. is sufficient.

If you object, the contact address concerned will be blocked for further advertising data processing. We would like to point out that, in exceptional cases, advertising material may still be sent after receipt of your objection. From time to time, we post vacancies on our website, on our social media channels or via special application portals to which you can apply.

We process the data that you have sent us in connection with your application in order to check your suitability for the position (or other open positions in our company, if applicable) and to carry out the application process.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application process is primarily Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Thereafter, the processing of the data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permitted.

If the data may be necessary for legal prosecution after the application process has been completed, data processing based on the requirements of Art. 6 GDPR, in particular for the protection of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our interest then lies in the assertion or defense against claims.

Your applicant data will be viewed by the HR department after receipt of your application. Suitable applications are then forwarded internally to those responsible for the respective position. Then the further process is coordinated. In principle, only those people in the company have access to your data who need this for the proper execution of our application process.

In the event of a rejection, applicants' data will be deleted after 6 months - from receipt of the rejection.

In the event that you have consented to further storage of your personal data, we will transfer your data to our applicant pool. There, the data will be deleted after two years at the latest.

If you have been awarded a job as part of the application process, the data from the applicant data system will be transferred to our personnel information system.

4. RECEIVERS OUTSIDE THE EU

With the exception of those under 3.4. We do not pass on the processing shown to your recipients based outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. The under 3.4. 5.2. RIGHT TO OBJECT

Under the conditions of Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, data processing can be objected to for reasons that arise from the particular situation of the data subject.

The above general right of objection applies to all processing purposes described in this data protection information, which are processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. In contrast to the special right to object to data processing for advertising purposes (see 3.3.3 above), we are only obliged to implement such a general objection under the GDPR if you give us reasons of overriding importance (e.g. a possible danger for life or health). 6. DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). This period is regularly 3 years (e.g. in the case of the regular limitation period for contractual claims) or 10 years (e.g. in the case of tax retention periods).
